Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Be in original condition without stains, odors, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Accessories & jewelry
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and intimate items

How To Request A Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Our support team will provide return instructions once your request has been approved.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We’ll work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
